All products are custom made and printed just for you.
I can not offer returns unless the products are defective. If any of the goods you purchased are damaged or misprinted please make sure to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org attaching a picture of the defective item and I'll let you know whats the next step.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! I ship to most countries in this beautiful Earth.
Standard fulfilment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and get on it's way to you, you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable.
96% of my orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of the orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Once your order has been ship you will receive a shipping confirmation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range within 1-8 business days (7-20 days for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
► USA: 3-5 business day via USPS (Standard).
► CANADA: 5-10 business days via APC Parcel Connect.
► WORLDWIDE: 10-20 business days via APC Parcel Connect.

How can I track my order?
You can track it in your Alba Paris Art account or by clicking HERE submitting your tracking number that we provided on your Shipping confirmation email. For domestic orders you can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your ship confirmation email.
You should also be able to do so on the USPS and FedEx Link websites.
For International orders you will only be able to track your order if you chose Priority Shipping.

Will I be alerted once my order ships?
Yes you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it's on it's way to you. If you have any issues please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
My tracking information hasn't updated in a while, what should I do?
Domestic orders - Within the US all orders will have tracking information available through a USPS or FedEx link. That can be accessed at any time in the order details of any fulfilled order through the email notification we sent you. While rare, some instances occur where the tracking does not update due to missed scans during transit. If it is past the estimated delivery date for your order, please contact me immediately so I may determine if the package has been lost in transit.
International Orders - If your chosen level of shipping service for the order does not include tracking you will notice that there are no updates past the export center in California. No worries, the package is still moving and if any issue occurs through customs the contact information provided with your order will be utilized to inform you of any duties or fees you may be liable for. If it is past the estimated date of delivery for your package, please contact us immediately so we may determine if the package has been lost in transit.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Because we only have one Earth and we better start taking care of Her, all apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology and the inks used are water based and eco-friendly.
We chose to use CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children's wear 12 and below.
In addition, 80% of our appeal is 100% organic cotton from American Apparel.
All the shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. The kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
Customs duty/fees and VAT taxes.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The buyer is responsible for these fees.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Our checkout process is powered by both Shopify Payments powered by Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Alba Paris Art has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
